It’s Alzheimers research. They talked about it during the BCS game and they have been wearing them all post-season. Very worthy cause.

ok, so im in 8th grade. and there’s gonna be the pin and ribbon ceremony. and i have no clue what to wear. a dress, a skirt? can you give me some ideas? or websites?
btw, it’s gonna be in the morning.
and i don’t want to be so formal.

she wants them for my grandchildren so they can trade when they go to disney next time. Any ideas where to get these pins from. She is keen on finding mickey mouse ones and she already looks on ebay and there are none in the disney shop…thanks…

In Downtown disney there is a trading pins shop. Outside are traders who will trade pins with you. I did this when i was there in November. They dont charge you but get you to buy them a pin they want for their collection as they are collectors. Wow their collections are fantastic.

Also while i was there went to the local disney store which was of international drive and there they where selling a lovely tin with pins in for only $25 about £14 inside where old obsolite pins that they wanted to get rid of. You could not see what you was buying so bit of a lucky dip lol. I took all the doubles into the park and changed them with the disney cast members. The pins worked out about 60p each so a real bargain and definately the best that i have found.

Unfortunately due to weigh i could only get a few so hope there willl be some left when i go back in june Made me want to collect more. So came home and looked on ebay and found loads of different pins. But they seemed quite expensive.

For instance, a brooch pinned on the left breast portion of a shirt is now seen to be on the right breast portion in the print/photo when the film was developed.

the negative was wrong way round, you can make a right handed baseball batter look like left handed etc

I am looking for an offline, physical store that sells cuff links, tie pins, and pens in a whole matching sets. I found some on the internet, but I want to go to a store to check them out instead of buying it online.

If not all three, at least cuff links and tie pins.

i have pins representing different places i have been on the backpack (such as the flag pin shown in the link below) that i am planning on bringing as my carry-on on my trip over seas this week, will the airlines make me remove them?

I cut my side bangs, and they look pretty bad, and they are not too short, but not long enough to put behind my ears D: i play basketball and i am not allowed to wear clips or bobby pins. If a referee catches you with a clip or any "jewelry" you get an automatic 4 fouls which is really bad. How can i hide my side bangs?? I tried using those stretchy head bands, but the bangs stick up help!!?

You could tie your hair up. Comb your bangs into the hair after the ponytail is up and put alot of hairspray over it or GEL it down.

I have a rather large collection of brooches and pins that are stuffed away in a jewelry box. I want to display them so I can show them off and enjoy looking at them. Any suggestions from you people out there that I know from experience are always ready and able to answer questions, would be great !

It may be pricey but you can buy miniature mannequin busts to display everything from pins, to jewelry, to girly magazine clippings. It makes for an adorable display.

one has a red enamel ring with 2 stars in it and the other a gold colored ring around the outside with 3 stars in it. They both have a winged figure that appears to be holding up 2 globes of the world. The backs say 10k top, does anybody have any idea or pics I can find?

Was he in the Navy? that sounds like a navy pin. Mostly docs and or surgeons.
