help with my manga/anime How do I draw Fuku (as in the sailor uniforms japanese girls wear)?

Okay so Im designing a manga but I want one or a few of the female characters to wear sailor fuku uniforms.. (when they go to school Im not scabbing ideas from sailor moon) and At the moment Im sought of drawing the characters (at the moment im through drawing 1 and a half and I have ideas for another one) but I dont know how to draw Fuku.. what soughtve Bows do they wear on the chest and is there a button/pin/brooch in the middle of the bow? what colour should it be and what bits should be coloured? how can I make it significant or different?
also among other Ideas that I have for characters I have a lack of ideas for hair styles can you link me to some? thanks
also How can I draw a winking eye and the peace sign like the two parting fingers that japanese people have made apart of there countries stereotype?? thanks

Where can I buy pin backs? (nicer than the ones from the local craft store?)?

I make assemblage art-brooches out of found objects. I am looking for pin backs that are a higher quality, less "crafty" than the ones I can get at the local craft store. Maybe with an antiqued finish. Brass or sterling silver or possibly vintage. Also interested in ones that have a bail (combo pin back/bail). THANKS!
