I found a pin on my college campus and I was hoping to track down the owner. It is a gold and black enamel pin?

It has a large B in the middle and at the top there are three little stars and under the B there is an eagle.
Any ideas? Is it a fraternity?
I tried to take a picture but I cannot get a clear enough one.

Sounds Greek. Maybe ask around and talk to people wearing shirts of Greek groups that begin with "Beta". If that doesnt help, look online at your school’s website. They probably have some sort of forum or craigslist-type thing where you can post stuff. If not, just turn it in to on-campus police/security or the university center.
