I have 2 pins I am trying to identify both with globes and a winged character on front about 1/2" in diameter

one has a red enamel ring with 2 stars in it and the other a gold colored ring around the outside with 3 stars in it. They both have a winged figure that appears to be holding up 2 globes of the world. The backs say 10k top, does anybody have any idea or pics I can find?

Was he in the Navy? that sounds like a navy pin. Mostly docs and or surgeons.
