How do i hide my side bangs without clips/bobby pins?

I cut my side bangs, and they look pretty bad, and they are not too short, but not long enough to put behind my ears D: i play basketball and i am not allowed to wear clips or bobby pins. If a referee catches you with a clip or any "jewelry" you get an automatic 4 fouls which is really bad. How can i hide my side bangs?? I tried using those stretchy head bands, but the bangs stick up :( help!!?

You could tie your hair up. Comb your bangs into the hair after the ponytail is up and put alot of hairspray over it or GEL it down.

    gel them down & then spray them with hairspray & then put the stretchy band on. :) or if you’re allowed to use a simple head band with the little teeth things like: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3441/4059150893_b16eafcd07.jpg then you should do that. Good luck!
